How this Superstar went above & beyond:
This superstar was called on a Sunday evening to take on an emergency individual. Laura assumed all responsibility for the individual the next day and provided excellent, resilient care while the individual’s guardian was in the hospital. Laura worked together with Evelyn to ensure the individual was safe and well taken care of. Laura was quick to problem solve when faced with challenges while in the individual’s home and communicated with her supervisors on the spot decisions she had to make to ensure safety and well being of the individual. Good job Laura for the excellent work.

My name is Laura Anyoza, I was born in Peru. I work for "Eleos Family Service", which is a company where we work professionally and most importantly the unconditional support it provides to all who need it. My role is DSP. I am super happy to belong to this team that I can always count on. I would like to tell you that, for me, having empathy and doing things with love helps me a lot with the work I do. I am Genesis a dedicated behaviorist at Eleos Family Services, where I’ve had the privilege of working with a compassionate and driven team. In addition to my professional work, I am currently a psychology graduate student, specializing in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). This educational journey has deepened my understanding of behavioral principles and enhanced my ability to provide effective interventions for those in need. At Eleos, I’ve found a workplace that not only encourages professional growth but also fosters a supportive and collaborative environment.
