Our Organizational Structure

Vertical / Functional Model

Authority:
Eleos operates with a Board of Directors in a layered vertical structure with a centralized authority to allow
for top-down decision-making, oversight and governance of the agency and to ensure alignment with
policies, procedures and practices in compliance with regulations, rules and laws.

Communication/Collaboration:
Our hybrid approach to our structure allows for staff at all levels to have direct access when needed to our
executive management team, including our President and Executive Director, regardless of position or rank.
This model allows for easy two-way communication and collaboration between our staff and our executive
team - bottom-up with staff suggestions, questions, concerns and feedback.
