I manage operations for our IIC/BA department. I collaborate with management, staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communications to enhance the quality of services and meet the program and agency objectives and goals. I provide supervision of staff providing IIC and BA services and clinical supervision to IICs. In addition, I am responsible for assisting with development and implementation of our IIC and BA program in collaboration with staff and management.
I possess a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Felician University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Fine Arts. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and have direct client experience with the following populations: eating disorders, substance use, children and adolescence, adults, art therapy, attachment, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders. I have been part of the psychology adjunct faculty at Felician University for about 5 years. In addition, I have about 5 years experience working as a supervisor and providing education in the mental health field.
My Background - My areas of expertise in direct client work and in providing supervision include: children and adolescents, attachment, trauma, mood disorders, and eating disorders.
