I provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. In addition, I oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
I graduated in 2014 from East Stroudsburg University with my bachelor’s degree in Speech-language Pathology. After graduating, I took a position working in a full day pre-school where they utilized the tools of applied behavior analysis. Working closely with the BCBA there, I fell in love with ABA and pursued my master’s degree. In 2019, I graduated from Caldwell University with my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and over the past five years, I have worked in a variety of settings, including home-based therapy, an intensive center for autism, and public schools. I have worked with individuals from ages 3 to 70 and enjoyed each experience as they all have taught me so many valuable skills.
My Goal
Since obtaining my master’s degree, I have always had a goal to be back providing services to adults with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. I often wondered, “what happens to my clients after they age out of services at 21?” Now, working at ELEOS Family Services I know and get to work with them regularly! I enjoy teaching daily life skills, vocational skills, and social skills that will set the individuals up for the most success.
My Time with Eleos
Working at ELEOS family services has not only allowed me to fulfill that goal for me but it has also given me the space to grow as a BCBA. I have learned so much during my time working here, and have felt supported with each new project I have taken on in my position. The trust and guidance they provide their staff is unmatched and I feel honored to be part of their team!
