In 2008, I obtained my Medical Billing and Coding certification from Dover Business College and subsequently took on a full-time role as a Medical Billing and Collections Specialist. Two years later, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst, where I discovered my passion for administrative and analytical work. In 2015, I obtained my Insurance Producer license, enabling me to specialize in Accident, Life, and Health insurance. I have been actively involved in this role for the past 10 years. Each of these experiences has equipped me with a wide array of valuable skills that continue to contribute to my professional growth.

I am a dedicated Human Resources Associate working alongside the management team at Eleos Family Services. My attention to detail and excellent time management skills mean that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
