Operations Manager & Human Resources Director

As our Operations Manager I oversee our organizational process and implement enhancements as needed. My primary duties include; assisting our human resources team with the recruiting and hiring process, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels and building an enjoyable company culture.  As Human Resources Director (HRD) I am responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related Eleos Family Services’ personnel.

I commenced my career as a caseworker with the State of Florida, where I served for over eight years. With over 5 years experience in the field of human resources, I am committed on developing employees' skills, solving complex problems, and fostering an optimistic work culture through effective leadership.

My Belief
I believe that my experience in both casework and human resources has provided me with unique perspective which I believe to be invaluable in any professional setting. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, and participating in sports as a mother.
